Position pay range
- $10.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, performance and on going training attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to invest in tools used in the Service of HVAC equipment
- Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.
- Operate power and hand tools safely
- Basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles.
- Basic knowledge of service tools and testing devices.
- Perform filter changes and do filter checklist paperwork unassisted.
- Perform planned maintenance and furnace, ac and heat pump diagnostics
- Follow directions as given.
- Work from 28’ extension ladder and 12’ step ladder.
- Commit to developing customer service skills
Duties, Roles & Responsibilities
- Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched.
- Relocate from one jobsite to another jobsite as dispatched during the workday.
- Report to dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsite.
- Operate company vehicle as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out in timely manner.
- Report problems with company tools or vehicle promptly.
- Report problems with equipment to Dispatcher to expedite parts delivery.
- Purchase required tools as listed.
- On call status for emergency service as required.
- Ability to work staggered schedule if required.
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Complete all service related forms properly.
- Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Rep (Cranberry, PA)
- Training starts 2/25/13
- Temp to hire.
- Benefits begin after rollover.
- Pay rate is between $11.00 – 12.00/hr to start. work between the hours of 6am – 12 Midnight M-F and 7am – 11pm on the weekends.
- Once they get through the 13 week training program they will be working 4 week days & 1 weekend day every week. Shifts can be bid on and will be awarded based on performance and attendance.
- 10% Shift Differential
- Yearly Raises up to 8 percent based on performance

- The Customer Service Rep will answer High Volume inbound calls regarding troubleshooting, scheduling service, and also help with billing questions.
- Must be upbeat, friendly, and a go-getter.
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Any candidate possessing customer service experience will be considered (Retail, Sales, Call center, etc. )
- Type Testing (40 wpm minimum) and Customer Service Mindset test required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes maintenance schedules, weekly personnel schedules, and labor requirements to achieve plant goals and objectives.
- Reviews and analyzes production and maintenance history reports to identify operating concerns, determine equipment maintenance trends, and develop improved maintenance methods to increase efficiency and reduce downtime and equipment failures.
- Responsible for selection and mentoring of front line supervisory staff.
- Determines critical repair parts requirements in order to maintain necessary inventory levels for productivity.
- Ensures adherence to/compliance with company policies, rules and regulations relating to safety/health, operating procedures, processes, and training requirements.
- Maintains maintenance and calibration records to meet ISO Standards.
- Collaborates with plant management, engineering and purchasing to identify, develop and execute major capital/maintenance projects.
- Acts as a liaison with union and union employees to establish and retain positive union relations.
- Schedules and implements necessary employee training.
MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Plant Manager, Manager Maintenance, Manages all aspects of Maintenance and Labor Department activities, including workflow scheduling and personnel. Maintains effective quality procedures and ensures a safe and efficient working environment.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
Directly supervises 1-5 employees; monitors work quality, including conducting performance appraisals and providing counseling for improved performance.
Recruits and selects department personnel, with assistance from Human Resources staff.
